During a Session you will wear sensors on your ears and head that will read your brain's electrical activity. Once the Session starts, you will listen to music or watch a movie while you sit back, relax, and let your brain do the work!  

Throughout the Session you will hear brief pauses in the music. This is NeurOptimal® picking up changes in your brain activity and relaying that information back to your brain. NeurOptimal® communicates with your brain the same way your brain communicates with itself and your body. This is why your brain can learn from this feedback and makes its own changes based on what's best for you. After all, your brain knows you best!
